• Select the plot near to bus stop, railway station, colleges and schools this saves cost throughout the lifetime.

•  There are different types of soils, and each soil behaves differently. Eg.in a loose soil land the foundation adopted will be pile foundation and in a hard soil 3’ depth isolated footing is enough. Among this the pile foundation is costlier than isolated footing. Hence soil type is important to reduce cost.
