The cost varies for different cities i am giving the following rates in chennai.

·       Modular kitchen - Rs.1800-2000/- sqft

·       Loft closing(open) - Rs.650– 850/- sqft

·       Loft closing(sliding) - Rs.1500–1800/-sqft

·       TV units - Rs.1200–1500/-sqft

·       False ceiling - Rs.60–100/-sqft
