1.    TRUST - Google some builders list and make a call to every builder you listed. Make a call to the builder and just enquire about the general things like

2. EXPERIENCE - how many years’ experience, how many projects completed, payment terms. Over this phone call itself you will start to filter some builders.

3.    CUSTOMER FEEDBACK - Ask for the customer contact details of the previously completed project and talk with them and ask how was their services.

4.    With the filtered list again make a call and say about your requirement and ask for the quotation.

5.    QUALITY - Compare the quotation with the materials they provide what brand they provide and filter some builders.

6.    After comparing and selecting the builders ask them for the recent project site visit with this you would ended up with just 1 or 2 builders.

7.    Finally, among the both builders ask for what will be best you can give and then confirm you builder.

8.    By this you can select the good quality builder.
