What are the steps involved in constructing a building starting from making plans, survey footings, etc.?

1.      Diagnosis your requirements.

2.      Make blue print for the plan.

3.      Apply for getting building approval.

4.      In between approval being sanctioned choose a builder or contractor for your project, make the necessity for water and electricity during construction.

5.      Once building approval is sanctioned get the structural details for the plan from structural engineer.

6.      With the structural drawings start the construction process starting from excavation, footing, plinth beam, basement , super structure and finishing.

7.      Once the plastering work is over and one coat of whitewash is done apply for sewage line permission, metro Water permission, EB connections.

8.      Finally get the Completion certificate.
