·       A building contractor is an individual who engages in construction management.

·       Collecting the requirements for floor plan.

·       Preparing structural, electrical, plumbing drawings and elevation designs.

·       Creating the budget and estimation of the project.

·       Arranging for land and building approval from corporation or CMDA.

·       Arranging needed equipment’s, building materials and the sub-contractors required for construction from beginning till the end. Executing the project as per the requirements of the customer.
